Narrative:

Forecast was for light winds on surface. During flight, winds increased to 15 KTS. No suitable landing spots were available. Landing in residential area was imminent unless I landed in horse pasture. I chose to land in horse pasture, risking livestock rather than continuing on risking passenger. Horse became injured. I feel, given the alternative, the proper decision was made. WX, not forecasted, had deteriorated.
