Narrative:

While in cruise at FL410 in B747 between (A901) iprop and ignis in IMC, encountered sudden severe turbulence. #2 and #3 engines rolled back to flight idle and shortly thereafter #3 flamed out. #2 engine control took place at FL300, followed by the relight of #3 engine at FL280. The rest of the approach and landing in hong kong was uneventful.
