Narrative:
Flight plan said 'fmcs yes' but did not include the departure route/transition, and gave a direct route to an en route fix. The pre departure clearance form/clearance was not the same as the 'fmcs yes' route. Their software should be changed to created a route discontinuity at every beginning and every end of every route. I followed a wrong departure route, ATC corrected me.

Title: FMS DOES NOT HAVE CURRENT OR PROPER SID LOADED INTO IT.
Narrative: FLT PLAN SAID 'FMCS YES' BUT DID NOT INCLUDE THE DEP RTE/TRANSITION, AND GAVE A DIRECT RTE TO AN ENRTE FIX. THE PDC FORM/CLRNC WAS NOT THE SAME AS THE 'FMCS YES' RTE. THEIR SOFTWARE SHOULD BE CHANGED TO CREATED A RTE DISCONTINUITY AT EVERY BEGINNING AND EVERY END OF EVERY RTE. I FOLLOWED A WRONG DEP RTE, ATC CORRECTED ME.
