Air crew in hurry, behind schedule. Round trip lax-oxr, performance limited, no flaps only. Low maximum gross landing weight (light loads) on short runway. Given conditions that time, landing weight (within) limits on (aircraft) performance chart, but not company airport analysis. Conflict in opinion between pilots (maximum gross landing weight) as to use and scope of data. Set policies not currently written. Should be though, and training as per policy set.
