Narrative:
On aug/xa/95 I received a part 135.299 check from an air carrier check airman. On sep/xj/95 I discovered that the check pilot was not current to give check rides. I flew 18 legs as captain between aug/xb/95 and sep/xj/95. Today, sep/xl/95, I will take another part 135.299 check. This was a company administrative error. At no time was I aware of the illegality of my flying.

Narrative: ON AUG/XA/95 I RECEIVED A PART 135.299 CHK FROM AN ACR CHK AIRMAN. ON SEP/XJ/95 I DISCOVERED THAT THE CHK PLT WAS NOT CURRENT TO GIVE CHK RIDES. I FLEW 18 LEGS AS CAPT BTWN AUG/XB/95 AND SEP/XJ/95. TODAY, SEP/XL/95, I WILL TAKE ANOTHER PART 135.299 CHK. THIS WAS A COMPANY ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR. AT NO TIME WAS I AWARE OF THE ILLEGALITY OF MY FLYING.
