Narrative:

A pre departure clearance was given to the crew. The seattle mountain 3 departure was printed on the computer paper, but was in the folded area and was missed. The captain and I then assumed we were on the seattle VFR departure and climbed out runway heading instead of turning automatically to 090 degree at 8 DME. Departure control gave us a heading of 090 degree about 10 DME. Departure control did not specifically mention a problem, but he did tell the following aircraft to delay his 090 degree turn to stay behind us. We looked at the pre departure clearance again and realized the mountain 3 departure was printed, but assumed no conflict occurred.
