Narrative:
The flight in VMC commenced at XX30 pm local time to log 3 takeoffs and lndgs and 3 instrument approachs to the oak runway 27R. I advised the controller on initial call-up requesting 3 ILS procedures and proceeded to fly them. On each approach I was given a tower clearance to 'climb to 2500 ft, right to 080 degrees' then handoff to bay TRACON on 135.4. All went well until the next to last touch-and-go after the second completion of an ILS to runway 27R. On the second rollout after touchdown, I applied full power, lifted off, and was instructed to turn off runway 27R onto taxiway D. I was airborne and didn't consider it safe to abort and attempt to land and stop on the remaining runway. I advised tower that I was airborne and asked if they wanted me to land immediately. The tower controller said no, since I was already airborne and to complete my final ILS approach. I didn't know about the XY00 pm local restr and noise abatement procedures in effect at oak. I apologized to the local controller for not knowing the procedure and not complying with his clearance to turn off the runway. I was already climbing when receiving the clearance. The tower could have given the information while on the localizer. I now check the local NOTAMS -- even at my home airport -- to see what if anything changed. I was at fault by assuming facts not in evidence. Have I been watching O.J. Too long?

Title: UNAUTH TKOF. NON ADHERENCE TO ATC PROC CLRNC INSTRUCTION.
Narrative: THE FLT IN VMC COMMENCED AT XX30 PM LCL TIME TO LOG 3 TKOFS AND LNDGS AND 3 INST APCHS TO THE OAK RWY 27R. I ADVISED THE CTLR ON INITIAL CALL-UP REQUESTING 3 ILS PROCS AND PROCEEDED TO FLY THEM. ON EACH APCH I WAS GIVEN A TWR CLRNC TO 'CLB TO 2500 FT, R TO 080 DEGS' THEN HDOF TO BAY TRACON ON 135.4. ALL WENT WELL UNTIL THE NEXT TO LAST TOUCH-AND-GO AFTER THE SECOND COMPLETION OF AN ILS TO RWY 27R. ON THE SECOND ROLLOUT AFTER TOUCHDOWN, I APPLIED FULL PWR, LIFTED OFF, AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO TURN OFF RWY 27R ONTO TXWY D. I WAS AIRBORNE AND DIDN'T CONSIDER IT SAFE TO ABORT AND ATTEMPT TO LAND AND STOP ON THE REMAINING RWY. I ADVISED TWR THAT I WAS AIRBORNE AND ASKED IF THEY WANTED ME TO LAND IMMEDIATELY. THE TWR CTLR SAID NO, SINCE I WAS ALREADY AIRBORNE AND TO COMPLETE MY FINAL ILS APCH. I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE XY00 PM LCL RESTR AND NOISE ABATEMENT PROCS IN EFFECT AT OAK. I APOLOGIZED TO THE LCL CTLR FOR NOT KNOWING THE PROC AND NOT COMPLYING WITH HIS CLRNC TO TURN OFF THE RWY. I WAS ALREADY CLBING WHEN RECEIVING THE CLRNC. THE TWR COULD HAVE GIVEN THE INFO WHILE ON THE LOC. I NOW CHK THE LCL NOTAMS -- EVEN AT MY HOME ARPT -- TO SEE WHAT IF ANYTHING CHANGED. I WAS AT FAULT BY ASSUMING FACTS NOT IN EVIDENCE. HAVE I BEEN WATCHING O.J. TOO LONG?
