Narrative:

Citation landed on runway 25L and was rolling out as a B737 was cleared for takeoff on runway 25R. The citation cleared at midfield high-speed and was inadvertently instructed to hold short of runway 19L (a crossing runway), instead of runway 25R. The citation proceeded across runway 25R as the B737 was starting takeoff roll, and was approximately 2,000 ft down the runway (still 3,000 ft from the intersection) when the citation was clear. I thought, even after it was over, that I had told the citation to hold short of runway 25R. I was wrong.

Title: CITATION IN A RWY INCURSION, HAD LTSS FROM B727 TKOF. SYS ERROR.

Narrative: CITATION LANDED ON RWY 25L AND WAS ROLLING OUT AS A B737 WAS CLEARED FOR TKOF ON RWY 25R. THE CITATION CLEARED AT MIDFIELD HIGH-SPEED AND WAS INADVERTENTLY INSTRUCTED TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19L (A CROSSING RWY), INSTEAD OF RWY 25R. THE CITATION PROCEEDED ACROSS RWY 25R AS THE B737 WAS STARTING TKOF ROLL, AND WAS APPROX 2,000 FT DOWN THE RWY (STILL 3,000 FT FROM THE INTXN) WHEN THE CITATION WAS CLEAR. I THOUGHT, EVEN AFTER IT WAS OVER, THAT I HAD TOLD THE CITATION TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 25R. I WAS WRONG.
