Narrative:

While serving as first officer on a reposition flight to pick up passenger at O'hare international airport, I observed the captain while he landed without clearance on runway 4R at ord. I did not notice that he had not contacted the tower, nor did I notice any calls from approach control (who we had talked to earlier) calling us to remind us to go to tower. The workload was high in the cockpit as we had been asked to keep our speed up above our gear speed until inside the OM. By the time we had the landing checklist completed and landed, we then noticed the error.
