Narrative:

Aircraft pushed off of gate sfo onto taxiway a, inner. Ground control cleared flight to runway 1R via taxiway a to taxiway east then to transition to the outer then on to runway 1R. Taxiway a between txwys east and F was restr for widebody transport aircraft. That information was on the field report but not on the ATIS for that morning. It had been on the ATIS in sfo the previous day. I did not verify the exact location of taxiway east on the chart and thought it was beyond taxiway F. First officer was inputting information into FMC for a load closeout. We missed the taxiway and ground control brought it to our attention. The first officer and I offered our apologies for making the error and decided we always need to verify the exact location of txwys on the chart and with each other well in advance of executing the turns. We simply got busy and didn't verify information. We are hopeful that we did not cause any inconvenience in flow of traffic at sfo.
