Narrative:

At 6 mi southeast of concord airport, called control tower for landing instructions. The tower told me cleared to land runway 32L. On those instructions, I knew I would have to fly over airport, so I flew at 500 ft above traffic to clear over airport. As I flew over airport, another pilot in a cessna said we had a near miss, as I crossed over the top of him, I saw him off my left wing about 500 ft below me, he said he had done an evasive maneuver to avoid me. When I saw him, he was still flying a normal flight path in the traffic pattern. From that point on, this pilot continued on the radio about this until the controller told him this was not the forum for this discussion. As far as human factor, I was tired.
