Narrative:

On climb out of phx, senior flight attendant reported a passenger had gotten out of her seat and fainted and had fallen to the floor. Using very broken english, she said she was pregnant and this had happened at least 4 times very recently. Fearing she might have a serious problem, we returned to phx where we had to make an overweight landing. Maintenance inspected aircraft, signed off logbook as such and we departed for hou about 45 mins late.
