Narrative:
On jul/thu/95 at XG00 local time I was taxiing out for takeoff at fca airport. The active runway at the time was runway 20. A commuter aircraft was making a straight in approach to runway 02, however, he did not announce his position until after I taxied into position on runway 20. The commuter aircraft then did a go around, entered left downwind and landed on runway 20.

Title: FLC OF AN LTT TAXIED INTO POS WHILE ANOTHER ACFT WAS APCHING TO LAND FROM THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION AT AN UNCTLED ARPT. RWY TRANSGRESSED WHILE ACFT ON LNDG FINAL.
Narrative: ON JUL/THU/95 AT XG00 LCL TIME I WAS TAXIING OUT FOR TKOF AT FCA ARPT. THE ACTIVE RWY AT THE TIME WAS RWY 20. A COMMUTER ACFT WAS MAKING A STRAIGHT IN APCH TO RWY 02, HOWEVER, HE DID NOT ANNOUNCE HIS POS UNTIL AFTER I TAXIED INTO POS ON RWY 20. THE COMMUTER ACFT THEN DID A GAR, ENTERED L DOWNWIND AND LANDED ON RWY 20.
