Phoenix sky harbor departure ATIS 124.3 grand canyon ATIS 124.3. From peach springs to grand canyon above 11000 ft we get interference/bleed over/communication jamming. Have phoenix turn down power on departure ATIS. Departure ATIS power does not have to be so great as to cause interference on gcn ATIS.
