Narrative:

Dca tower cleared X for takeoff on runway 36, but neglected to have aircraft landing on runway 33 hold short of runway 36. Aborted takeoff at 100 KTS requiring a 45 min delay for brake cooling before next attempt to takeoff. Supplemental information from acn 307777: we received takeoff clearance for dca runway 36. ATC subsequently rescinded takeoff clearance during takeoff roll because of conflicting landing traffic on dca's runway 33.
