Narrative:

Once again the fwa and logan high altitude sectors far exceeded 100 percent of operational acceptable level of traffic. On this date the level was sustained for several hours. Traffic required 4 people at the fwa sector for 2 hours. Nothing was done to relieve the traffic. Staffing is not adequate. This is unacceptable and places undue stress on the controller. Controller fatigue became a very legitimate concern. The fwa and logan high altitude sectors have been routinely exceeding 100 percent of operationally acceptable levels of traffic. Traffic management unit monitor alert system has done nothing to relieve traffic management and traffic management unit are aware that there is a problem, but nothing is being done to help the situation. This situation is unacceptable.
