Narrative:
Copilot flying stadium visual approach captain told him to tighter turn to final but copilot was flying to runway 25R not runway 24R. Too late to prevent overshoot -- corrected back to runway 24R for normal landing. May have lost required separation with commuter aircraft for runway 25L. No RA or TA from TCASII. (Copilot on IOE training). 9 plus 30 hours all night flight from kix-lax. We did not recognize copilot error during base leg -- it was too late to prevent overshoot by time we recognized it. We were exhausted!! Lack of rest was most certainly a factor.
