Narrative:

Altitude warning horn went off (cabin at 10000 ft). Captain started down. I asked for lower and got 24000 ft. I closed the outflow valve to recover cabin, then asked for lower. We got 14000 ft then 10000 ft. Company advised us to divert to oak. Probably should have declared an emergency.

Title: ACR FLC WAS ALERTED TO A CABIN PRESSURIZATION LOSS BY A 10000 FT CABIN ALT WARNING HORN. A DSCNT WAS INITIATED, AND THE OUTFLOW VALVE MANUALLY CLOSED. ACFT DIVERTED.
