Narrative:

Single engine land aircraft on takeoff. Takeoff was normal until approximately 250 ft AGL. Engine began to misfire. Removed power and slipped to runway. Landed on the runway. Ran over end during stopping. No damage to aircraft. No damage to anything on the ground. No conflict. Corrective action: checked possible automobile fuel contamination of the float.

Narrative: SINGLE ENG LAND ACFT ON TKOF. TKOF WAS NORMAL UNTIL APPROX 250 FT AGL. ENG BEGAN TO MISFIRE. REMOVED PWR AND SLIPPED TO RWY. LANDED ON THE RWY. RAN OVER END DURING STOPPING. NO DAMAGE TO ACFT. NO DAMAGE TO ANYTHING ON THE GND. NO CONFLICT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: CHKED POSSIBLE AUTOMOBILE FUEL CONTAMINATION OF THE FLOAT.
