Narrative:

Normal taxi out, completed all checklists ready for takeoff, cleared in position and hold. Cleared for takeoff and pushed the throttles up and got a takeoff warning (flaps). Flaps were set 11 degrees takeoff with blue light. Aborted takeoff and cleared runway 9L. Cycled flaps and reselected 11 degrees takeoff. Did before takeoff checklist again and no takeoff warning was received. Taxied back for normal takeoff. (Rejected takeoff was before 60 KTS.)
