Narrative:

After overnight at kansas city, discovered both shear wires on CSD's broken and switches uncapped (preflight). Maintenance recapped and rewired switches. After starting engines, discovered both CSD's had been disconnected. Possibly situation caused by cabin clrncs trying to get ground power on the aircraft during overnight.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB. DURING AN OVERNIGHT STAY AT MCI SOMEONE DISCONNECTED THE GENERATOR DRIVES ON THIS B737-300.

Narrative: AFTER OVERNIGHT AT KANSAS CITY, DISCOVERED BOTH SHEAR WIRES ON CSD'S BROKEN AND SWITCHES UNCAPPED (PREFLT). MAINT RECAPPED AND REWIRED SWITCHES. AFTER STARTING ENGS, DISCOVERED BOTH CSD'S HAD BEEN DISCONNECTED. POSSIBLY SIT CAUSED BY CABIN CLRNCS TRYING TO GET GND PWR ON THE ACFT DURING OVERNIGHT.
