Narrative:

I was giving rides at a sea fest at the port of canaveral by titusville, fl. I was taking off climbing to 500 ft, then made a turn east then back around by the carnival. I was never below 200 ft. Never more than 15 degrees pitch and never more than 45 degrees of bank. At no time was there any danger to people or property. A sheriff's deputy came up to me and said I was running an unsafe operation. He is wrong. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that the FAA did get involved in an investigation. There had been video taken of the entire activity that day and when the FAA saw the tape he concluded that there was nothing unsafe about the operation. Case closed.
