Narrative:

During taxi I was making my final cabin check when I saw the tailcone door come open. I informed the flight attendant walking towards me, she turned around and went to close the door. I checked and verified that it was closed then went to inform the captain. At that point they had already stopped the aircraft. I advised the flight safety manager and the captain that the door was closed and the tailcone intact. I also asked whether or not we should return and have it checked. They informed me everything was ok to fly.
