Supplemental information from acn 300319: ord departure called xy heavy and gave turns to 220 degrees, 270 degrees, 280 degrees. First officer replied with company heavy. Departure questioned our new heading and gave tight turn to 360 degrees. At least 5 calls were to xy heavy without preface of company.
