Narrative:

It was my 4TH day of flying, full days each. I was also recovering from a head cold. Although I felt I was safe to perform my duties as a required crewmember, fatigue was definitely a major factor in this incident. My schedule was for 2 round trips: fll-tcb-mhh-fll, and repeat. The 1ST round trip went as scheduled and uneventful. For the 2ND outbound flight, only 4 mhh people showed up, and there were pick ups booked for both stations. As the folks were all going to mhh, I told them that we'd go there first, instead of tcb. I picked up my pre-stored clearance, which is filed to tcb. I flew on the IFR flight plan, receiving a routing from center direct to tcb. I flew this route as usual, landed in tcb. As I was shutting down I looked at the 'welcome to treasure cay' sign and realized my mistake. Mortified, I looked back at the passenger. They were all looking at me, a bit surprised and confused. I recognized them all as local, regular passenger. I said 'oh no, you're all going to mhh, aren't you?' luckily, they all laughed. I asked why someone didn't say something to me? They answered that they were sleeping, reading, or just not paying attention until it was too late. As I still had to pick up the tcb passenger, it was not a problem, just an unexpected inconvenience to the mhh folks. They were all very understanding and nice about the whole affair.
