Narrative:

Received call on radio while descending through 18000 ft -- became distracted and forgot to set local altimeter setting (29.55). We caught the mistake passing through 10800 ft MSL and descended to 10600 ft MSL before returning to assigned altitude. There was no traffic nearby (as shown on TCASII).
