Narrative:

Flight scheduled over 8 hours (2 pilot crew) so relief first officer required. Company will not provide an adequate rest facility as required so forced to situation in a chair or lie on the floor to try and sleep. Very poor in this regard. But, even after numerous requests to cease, company persists in scheduling deadheads/jumpseats on these flts - any possible rest is now disturbed by slamming doors, lights, oven timers, etc. So required rest is non existent. As requested and explained, on flts required an relief first officer and crew rest, there must be no deadheads or jumpseaters scheduled. At this point in time, there are only 3 such flts involved and a simple matter not to allow extra people aboard. This is a safety issue since it prohibits required crew rest. If the company would provide a true rest facility then this problem wouldn't arise.
