Narrative:
I was issued the santa rosa 5 departure, scaggs island transition out of sts to oak. I pulled the correct sheet out of my binder, but accidently put it on my clipboard wrong side up. This gave me the frees 5 SID, and it also has a scaggs island transition so I didn't recognize that I had the wrong plate. I few this SID until ZOA questioned if I was flying the santa rosa 5 departure. At that point, I checked the SID title and realized my error. I was issued a vector to get on the santa rosa 5 departure. In the future, I will double check the title of the plate on my clipboard.
