Narrative:

Landed (gvl) at approximately XA15 EST, runway in use was runway 11, wind calm, cavu, 75 degree F '(charity)' passenger hopping flts were in progress with about 3 airplanes in use, using runway 11. I taxied to approach end of runway 11 at XA45 to do run-up and magneto check. I checked for traffic, announced departure on runway 11, and began takeoff roll. I had been monitoring the CTAF for several mins. As I rotated on takeoff, at about 5 ft AGL, I noticed 2 airplanes on downwind for opposite runway 29. I heard someone say on the CTAF that we've got 1 departing.' after I gained safe obstacle clearance, I made an immediate 45 degree turn to the left, away from the airplanes that were now on downwind base leg for runway 29. At this point, no aircraft was on final approach (or landing) for runway 29. I departed the area without incident. There was no risk of collision, other aircraft were about 1 mi away.

Title: PVT PLT OF AN SMA SEL MADE A TURN OUT RIGHT AFTER TKOF TO AVOID ANOTHER ACFT MAKING A BASE LEG TO THE OPPOSITE END OF THE RWY AT AN UNCTLED ARPT.

Narrative: LANDED (GVL) AT APPROX XA15 EST, RWY IN USE WAS RWY 11, WIND CALM, CAVU, 75 DEG F '(CHARITY)' PAX HOPPING FLTS WERE IN PROGRESS WITH ABOUT 3 AIRPLANES IN USE, USING RWY 11. I TAXIED TO APCH END OF RWY 11 AT XA45 TO DO RUN-UP AND MAGNETO CHK. I CHKED FOR TFC, ANNOUNCED DEP ON RWY 11, AND BEGAN TKOF ROLL. I HAD BEEN MONITORING THE CTAF FOR SEVERAL MINS. AS I ROTATED ON TKOF, AT ABOUT 5 FT AGL, I NOTICED 2 AIRPLANES ON DOWNWIND FOR OPPOSITE RWY 29. I HEARD SOMEONE SAY ON THE CTAF THAT WE'VE GOT 1 DEPARTING.' AFTER I GAINED SAFE OBSTACLE CLRNC, I MADE AN IMMEDIATE 45 DEG TURN TO THE L, AWAY FROM THE AIRPLANES THAT WERE NOW ON DOWNWIND BASE LEG FOR RWY 29. AT THIS POINT, NO ACFT WAS ON FINAL APCH (OR LNDG) FOR RWY 29. I DEPARTED THE AREA WITHOUT INCIDENT. THERE WAS NO RISK OF COLLISION, OTHER ACFT WERE ABOUT 1 MI AWAY.
