Narrative:

Sudden loss of airspeed during round-out resulted in hard landing and tail skid strike. Suspect wind shear as the culprit in the loss of airspeed as all landing parameters were being met: on airspeed, engines spooled. Perhaps with more experience the landing could have been salvaged but that's just speculation.
