Narrative:

Descending into pdx, over bonvl, both pilots set altimeters to 30.16 when qnh was 29.16. This caused us to level at 12000 ft MSL when we were cleared to 13000 ft MSL. We corrected the altimeter, notified ATC and climbed back to 13000 ft. ATC said there was no traffic conflict and did not appear upset.
