Narrative:
Landed runway 27L mlb. Turned off the runway and contacted ground control, and was cleared to the gate. (Going to the gate at mlb requires crossing runway 4/22 after landing on runway 27L). During the landing, I heard the tower controller clear a light aircraft Y for an approach to runway 4. Approaching runway 4/22 I had the copilot again ask if we were cleared to the gate. Ground control again said we were cleared to the gate. After passing the runway 4/22 hold line on taxiway a, the ground controller told me to hold short of runway 4. I got the aircraft stopped short of the runway but well past the hold line. At the same time, a light aircraft passed over the cockpit.

Title: ACR X BEYOND RWY HOLD LINE HAD LTSS FROM ACFT Y. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: LANDED RWY 27L MLB. TURNED OFF THE RWY AND CONTACTED GND CTL, AND WAS CLRED TO THE GATE. (GOING TO THE GATE AT MLB REQUIRES XING RWY 4/22 AFTER LANDING ON RWY 27L). DURING THE LNDG, I HEARD THE TWR CTLR CLR A LIGHT ACFT Y FOR AN APCH TO RWY 4. APCHING RWY 4/22 I HAD THE COPLT AGAIN ASK IF WE WERE CLRED TO THE GATE. GND CTL AGAIN SAID WE WERE CLRED TO THE GATE. AFTER PASSING THE RWY 4/22 HOLD LINE ON TXWY A, THE GND CTLR TOLD ME TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 4. I GOT THE ACFT STOPPED SHORT OF THE RWY BUT WELL PAST THE HOLD LINE. AT THE SAME TIME, A LIGHT ACFT PASSED OVER THE COCKPIT.
