Narrative:

Controller advises plus or minus 4 mi east of V44 from alb, suggest heading 220 degrees. Instead 194 degree radial from hlb VOR put in 184 degree radial. I told ATC about this mistake, no comments from ATC, started talking how my flight conditions were and told me that I was off, concerning the bad WX that was forecasted. IFR from alb to frg.
