Passenger 40 yr old male, was experiencing increasing abdominal pain over period of last hour, with fever and sweating. A doctor on board suspected appendicitis. Emergency medical kit was opened for blood pressure. Requested paramedics and ambulance to meet aircraft upon arrival and requested and received expedited arrival from ATC. Speed limit above 250 KTS below 10000 ft was authority/authorized by ATC. Landing was normal.
