Approach control requesting to keep up speed due to following aircraft (3 requests). Approach airspeed 140 KIAS. Was turned over to tower outside of OM. Selected flap handle instead of gear handle at OM -- drag was felt. No gear warning horn was heard on power reduction. Pilot did not declare an emergency after touching runway. Part time charter pilot in this aircraft. 3 hour currency in this aircraft in last 90 days.
