Narrative:
Crossing fwa on mizar 2 arrival -- I glanced at chart and for some reason, saw the 360 radial from dqn instead of the 039 radial from fwa. At about 14 DME, ZAU asked if we were flying mizar arrival. At that point, I realized my error and immediately began right turn to rejoin arrival. Center gave us heading to rejoin arrival. I have no idea why I fixated on the 360 radial.

Narrative: XING FWA ON MIZAR 2 ARR -- I GLANCED AT CHART AND FOR SOME REASON, SAW THE 360 RADIAL FROM DQN INSTEAD OF THE 039 RADIAL FROM FWA. AT ABOUT 14 DME, ZAU ASKED IF WE WERE FLYING MIZAR ARR. AT THAT POINT, I REALIZED MY ERROR AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN R TURN TO REJOIN ARR. CTR GAVE US HDG TO REJOIN ARR. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I FIXATED ON THE 360 RADIAL.
