Narrative:

Working with cvg approach told to descend from 7000 ft to 5000 ft. At 5300 ft got a TCASII RA climb. TCASII page showed an aircraft 200 ft below us. Query of ATC. They said no aircraft in our area, not even a primary return. Crew followed climb direction. Looks like another false advisory, thanks to collins avionics.
