Narrative:

Taxiout and returned to ramp for maintenance. Topped off fuel and received paperwork for proper fuel load. Just before pushback, mechanic found brake problem. Fix required leaving gear down for 2 min after takeoff and more fuel. After pushback agent brought out new dispatch release reflecting limitations and extra fuel required. I checked that limitation was on paperwork but missed extra fuel requirements. Taxied out and operations caught us before we could take off. Returned to ramp and refueled again. Hurry to get airborne and first top-off caused us to miss new fuel requirements.

Title: LGT ALMOST DEPARTS WITHOUT TOTAL FUEL REQUIREMENT. MEL REQUIREMENTS DICTATED FUEL REQUIRED.

Narrative: TAXIOUT AND RETURNED TO RAMP FOR MAINT. TOPPED OFF FUEL AND RECEIVED PAPERWORK FOR PROPER FUEL LOAD. JUST BEFORE PUSHBACK, MECH FOUND BRAKE PROB. I CHKED THAT LIMITATION WAS ON PAPERWORK BUT MISSED EXTRA FUEL REQUIREMENTS. TAXIED OUT AND OPS CAUGHT US BEFORE WE COULD TAKE OFF. RETURNED TO RAMP AND REFUELED AGAIN. HURRY TO GET AIRBORNE AND FIRST TOP-OFF CAUSED US TO MISS NEW FUEL REQUIREMENTS.
