Narrative:

ATC clearance to cross wever at 14000 ft and 250 KIAS. Due to distraction from other cockpit duties at the time, PF crossed wever at 16000 ft and 350 KIAS descending at 4000 FPM. Pilot leveled aircraft at 14000 ft 4 mi beyond fix.
