Narrative:
Due to recurring bleedover problems on 124.15, 126.05 (normally on arrival frequency) is being used for aircraft departing east out of mem. The last 2 days the same problem is occurring on 126.05. Numerous forms have been filed on this. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: TRACON supervisor stated there is a problem with frequency 124.15. As we were talking the supervisor said the problem is ongoing and technicians cannot find problem. Reporter stated technicians have said the problem is a grounding problem but cannot seem to get it corrected.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB COM FREQ 124 PT 15 BLEED OVER TO OTHER FREQ.
Narrative: DUE TO RECURRING BLEEDOVER PROBS ON 124.15, 126.05 (NORMALLY ON ARR FREQ) IS BEING USED FOR ACFT DEPARTING E OUT OF MEM. THE LAST 2 DAYS THE SAME PROB IS OCCURRING ON 126.05. NUMEROUS FORMS HAVE BEEN FILED ON THIS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: TRACON SUPVR STATED THERE IS A PROB WITH FREQ 124.15. AS WE WERE TALKING THE SUPVR SAID THE PROB IS ONGOING AND TECHNICIANS CANNOT FIND PROB. RPTR STATED TECHNICIANS HAVE SAID THE PROB IS A GNDING PROB BUT CANNOT SEEM TO GET IT CORRECTED.
