Narrative:

After last min runway change from runway 16 to runway 34, a FMS change was incorrectly entered in FMGC. In order to comply with the mountain 3 departure, FMS was originally programmed to cross sea 158/5 at 3000 ft or above and turn to 070 degrees. FMS was incorrectly reprogrammed to cross sea 338/5 at or above 3000 ft, then turn to 070 degrees. Should have been sea 338/8 at or above 4000 ft-- turn was incorrectly initiated at sea 338/5 and 3300 ft.
