Narrative:

Taxi director signalled 'stop' about 15 ft from gate parking and I stopped aircraft. Taxi director went to get a fuel truck moved but we were unaware of proximity of left wing to fuel truck. After some delay another taxi director assumed position and signalled come ahead. Aircraft moved slightly (I was single engine taxi) and stopped. I called ramp to ask what was happening and was told left wing hit fuel truck. I shut aircraft down and called for tow to gate. On inspection found damage to wingtip and light but none apparent to truck.
