Narrative:
I was working an overflt, air carrier X, at 17000 ft. I took a handoff on sdf departure, air carrier Y, whose route was in conflict with air carrier X. I cleared air carrier Y to what I thought was 16000 ft, but unintentionally said 17000 ft. Conflict alert and adep both activated at the same time I cleared Y down to 16000 ft.

Title: ACR Y CLB TO OCCUPIED ALT HAD LTSS FROM ACR X. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING AN OVERFLT, ACR X, AT 17000 FT. I TOOK A HDOF ON SDF DEP, ACR Y, WHOSE RTE WAS IN CONFLICT WITH ACR X. I CLRED ACR Y TO WHAT I THOUGHT WAS 16000 FT, BUT UNINTENTIONALLY SAID 17000 FT. CONFLICT ALERT AND ADEP BOTH ACTIVATED AT THE SAME TIME I CLRED Y DOWN TO 16000 FT.
