Narrative:
While on a flight from sql to sns, I was busy on the radio, then I noticed that I was at 4200 ft MSL, and the class B for sfo is at 4000 ft. I quickly descended, but did unfortunately clip the sfo class B momentarily.

Title: SMA PLT PENETRATES FLOOR OF CLASS B AIRSPACE WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: WHILE ON A FLT FROM SQL TO SNS, I WAS BUSY ON THE RADIO, THEN I NOTICED THAT I WAS AT 4200 FT MSL, AND THE CLASS B FOR SFO IS AT 4000 FT. I QUICKLY DSNDED, BUT DID UNFORTUNATELY CLIP THE SFO CLASS B MOMENTARILY.
