Narrative:

Performance manual was checked for maximum takeoff weight for runway 9. Maximum was found to be 144300 pounds. Aircraft weight was 137800 pounds. Later it was discovered that the chart had a note stating 'VFR takeoff only.' to prevent a recurrence, we will check all associated notes in the future.
