After takeoff, aircraft would not pressurize. Received radar vectors for return to dfw. At landing gear extension on approach no confirmation lights (down/3 green) illuminated. Executed go around and sent first officer to visually check main gear down and locked. Declared emergency and landed uneventfully at dfw once aircraft on ground, landing gear indicated 3 green/down.
