Narrative:

Moving aircraft from south pad to gate xa terminal X at iah, 737- 200 came in contact with a 737-300 that was being pushed back for a trip. Lost hydraulic pressure to brakes and steering. Tried to steer around the aircraft being pushed back. Could not do it fast enough, with no hydraulic pressure and right wing on the 737-200 made contact with 737-300 right wing.
