Narrative:

On autoflt descent from FL370 to FL270 aircraft began to arrest descent and spool up engines prior to reaching FL270. Before reaching FL270, the nose pitched up and began a climb at which time the autoplt was turned off and manually descended to FL270 from fl 28.5.
