Narrative:
Notification of gear up landing (part 135 air carrier). Aircraft involved cessna 402. Aircraft experienced a landing gear malfunction (broken bell crank left main gear). Aircraft landed runway 3 on a foamed runway. Right main and nose gear fully retracted, left main partially down. This was classified as an incident by NTSB.

Narrative: NOTIFICATION OF GEAR UP LNDG (PART 135 AIR CARRIER). ACFT INVOLVED CESSNA 402. ACFT EXPERIENCED A LNDG GEAR MALFUNCTION (BROKEN BELL CRANK L MAIN GEAR). ACFT LANDED RWY 3 ON A FOAMED RWY. R MAIN AND NOSE GEAR FULLY RETRACTED, L MAIN PARTIALLY DOWN. THIS WAS CLASSIFIED AS AN INCIDENT BY NTSB.
