Narrative:
Taxi clearance to runway 9R included 'taxiway sierra, hold short of yankee.' gave reports passing sierra 2 and uniform. Nearing sierra 4 encountered air carrier Y 767 exiting runway 9R on sierra 4. Maneuvered to the right side of taxiway, accelerating through intersection. First officer keyed microphone and said 'air carrier Y stop!' but we're on ground control and know that air carrier Y was turning off at sierra 4.
